We had a delightful time in Madrid, at the much-awaited new edition of Salon Gourmets, which started on the 18th of October and was followed by four days of booming success. As the main European event dedicated to fine foods and beverages and one of the most prestigious in the world, the 34th edition of Salón Gourmets had seen hundreds of national and international gastronomy professionals, from restaurants, catering, or hotels, to importers, distributors, wholesalers and retailers. 

This year, Salon Gourmets was home to 37,000 products from more than 1500 exhibitors, allowing visitors to take the pulse of the industry by looking at the latest trends in foods and beverages but also taste the most exquisite of traditional products. Throughout the event, visitors could also visit different thematic areas and enjoy the numerous activities from the viticulture and gastronomy sector, including contents, awards, round tables, or tastings. 

The 25th edition of Salón Gourmets will be held from April 25 to 28, 2022, at Feria De Madrid (IFEMA), Spain. We are grateful to have met a lot of our friends at Salon Gourmets this year and we`re looking forward to seeing everyone next time!
