Darsgärde Lantbruk, run by the Hammar family, focuses on extensive beef cattle farming with the Swedish lantrasen väneko breed. They also raise Swedish yellow ducks, chickens, and nordsvenskar on their farm in eastern Uppland. In addition to their livestock, they operate a sawmill for processing their own timber and offer a variety of frozen beef cuts and sausages for sale.
