Placing your order is easy: go to the order form and fill in all the required fields. Then choose your payment method and currency. Lastly, confirm your order by clicking on the ‘Next’ button. Depending on the type of payment you choose, you could be asked to follow a few more steps.

You will immediately receive confirmation of the transaction after entering your order online. You will also receive confirmation by e-mail. The confirmation contains all of your order information, including your invoice. If you selected the credit/debit card or online wire transfer payment option during the order process, your product will be delivered within 24 hours.

You can pay with your credit or debit card, through PayPal, with cheques or through wire transfer. Accepted credit or debit cards: Visa, Master Card, Maestro (only debit cards issued in the UK), American Express, JCB and Diners Club.

When you pay through PayPal or with your credit/debit card your order will be processed as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email with an attached invoice.

If you pay via wire transfer: you will be taken to an order confirmation page, and an email will be sent out to you with the details for payment. Please transfer the invoice amount to the account listed in the email. As soon as we receive your payment we send you the invoice through email. Attention! Please note: DO NOT make a payment before you receive the order confirmation; this will allow us to correctly allocate your payment to your order.

Cheque payment: once our system records your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you together with the required information for cheque payment.

The payment form allows you to choose the desired currency as per your location. Please note that all our prices are VAT free. If you do not want to pay the VAT tax: on the order form fill in the company’s VAT/TVA/IVA number.

After we receive the payment confirmation we will activate your account. Please use your business email address and fill in the company name during the order process in order to speed up this process.

*We provide our databases only to companies which operate in the food and related sectors. Orders from other companies can be refunded. When the account has been activated (between 6 and 24 hours after payment) you will receive an email with the login information (user name, password, etc.). If you do not receive the email please first check your spam folder, then, if necessary, contact us on the online chat on our website or by sending an email to info@bestfoodimporters.com.

The BFI databases are available online on our website and can be accessed from any computer with an internet connection, with the correct user name and password. The data is presented in an easy-to-use format, similar to Excel, with advanced filters that can be used to display exactly the details you require.

The following information can be easily exported in a file that can be integrated with your marketing solutions: Company Name. Country, Company Phone, General Email, Website, Contact Name, Position, Contact Email, Contact LinkedIn.

You can export a limited number of company profiles for the duration of your subscription, depending on the purchased plan. The Export limits are as follows: 1200 total Exports for the Complete 12 months plan, 700 Exports for the Complete 6 months plan and 500 Exports for the other packages, for a 12 months plan, and 300 Exports for the 6 months plans. Additional Export credits can be purchased from our website when needed. Prices vary depending on the number of Exports purchased.

These restrictions allow us to limit Spam and exist because we encourage our users to make sure that they make a detailed selection of the most promising leads before sending an email. From our experience, the more personalized the approach, the better the results.

After you buy a yearly or 6 months subscription for one of our databases, your data will be automatically updated for the duration of your subscription. (You will periodically receive data about new companies and the contact details will be kept up-to-date).

Our databases can be accessed after you purchase a yearly or 6 months subscription. After your subscription ends you will have to renew it to continue to use the product. The subscription can be automatically renewed each year or every 6 months.

You can easily cancel your subscription by sending us an email at info@bestfoodimporters.com or by calling us during work hours. The cancellation requests will be processed within 48 hours. Yearly subscriptions cannot be refunded during the first year. After the automatic renewal of the subscription, orders can be cancelled during the first 30 days of the second year.
